Welcome to Tripplo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tripplo web and mobile platform ("Platform"), a travel collaboration product developed by dna2tech.
By creating an account or using any Tripplo feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
"User" means anyone with an account. "Trip" means a collaborative workspace for planning itineraries, expenses, photos, documents, and chat. The Free plan includes up to 2 trips you own, limited storage, and ads. Trips you already have stay on the account. You cannot create another one past that number until you upgrade.
2. Plans and subscriptions
Tripplo offers a Free plan and paid plans with higher storage and features. Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the offer shown at purchase time.
3. Collaboration
Trip owners may invite editors and viewers. You are responsible for content you upload and for respecting other participants' privacy.
4. Artificial intelligence
Optional AI suggestions are provided as-is and may be inaccurate. Always verify travel, legal, and financial information independently.
5. Finance module
Expense tracking and currency conversion are planning tools, not professional accounting or banking advice. Exchange rates may be cached offline and can become outdated.
6. Intellectual property
Tripplo branding, software, and UI remain dna2tech property. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a license to host and display it inside your trips.
7. Profiles and data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate signup information and meet the minimum age requirement.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts of the provider's domicile have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
