Privacy notice — Tripplo

This notice is for visitors in the United States. It covers the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. Versão em português

1. Information we collect

We collect the details you give us at signup (name, email, phone, country, city, and date of birth), trip content you create, photos and documents you upload, device push tokens, and basic usage data we need to run the service. We do not ask US creators for a Brazilian tax number or a Pix key.

2. Photos and documents

Files you upload to a trip are visible only to people on that trip. They are stored with authenticated access. The Free plan includes a smaller photo allowance than Explorer and Nomad.

3. How we use it

Sign-in and your account live in Firebase. The site and uploaded files run on Cloudflare. Maps use Mapbox. A suggested itinerary is sent to the configured model only when you ask for one. Stripe and RevenueCat process plan payments. Visitors in the United States are charged in US dollars. Logged-in Free accounts may see Google ads after the cookie notice. Explorer and Nomad do not show ads.

4. Sale and sharing

Tripplo does not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still opt out of sale or sharing by emailing contact@tripplo.app with the subject “Do not sell or share.” We will not discriminate against you for making that request.

5. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have collected, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what we need to provide the service. Send the request from the email on your account to contact@tripplo.app, or delete the account on Delete account. We will verify the request and reply within 45 days.
