Delete your Tripplo account

This page is the public address for deleting a Tripplo account. It names the app and the steps to remove the account and the data tied to it.

How to delete

  1. In the Tripplo app, open Account and choose Delete account, then confirm.
  2. Or email contact@tripplo.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

Your profile, the trips you created, photos and documents in those trips, your invites, and the sign-in record.

What can remain

Commission entries already recorded and payment records required by law can stay, without your name, for the legal period. A trip someone else owns stays up, without your name on the member list.
