What the program is
The Creator Program pays a commission to content creators who recommend Tripplo to their audience. Tripplo is an app for organizing group trips: expenses with currency conversion, itinerary and map, chat and polls, photo gallery, document vault, and checklist.
Who can join
You can join if you are over 18, or a company, and you have a public travel profile. US creators are paid by PayPal or Wise. Creators in Brazil can use Pix. Audience size does not rule anyone out. Profiles with bought followers or engagement, profiles with hateful or illegal content, and direct competitors of Tripplo cannot join.
Review and start
Applications are open and you can already talk about Tripplo. Arthur, Tripplo’s founder, reviews each application. No creator appears on Tripplo or joins the program before that review. After you’re approved, we email you. Commissions start once you’re approved.
Levels and commission
Founding Creator: 50% of the net revenue of each payment for the first 12 months of each referred subscriber, counted from the account’s first payment; then 20% while the subscription stays active. A yearly plan paid inside those 12 months receives 50%, and the renewal receives 20%. The Founding level is personal, non-transferable, and offered for a limited time to the first creators. Partner Creator: 20% of the net revenue of each payment while the subscription stays active. Plans that earn commission: Explorer (R$ 29.90 per trip) and Nomad (R$ 19.90 per month or R$ 199.90 per year). The free plan and trip invites earn no commission.
Net revenue
It is what Tripplo actually receives on each payment: the amount the customer paid, minus discounts and coupons, Stripe fees, sales taxes, refunds, and card disputes. The statement shows the real amount of each payment.
Attribution
Each creator receives a link in the form tripplo.app/?ref=yourcode, which works on any page of the site. If someone clicks links from more than one creator, the first click counts, for 60 days; if they create an account in that window, the account stays linked to that creator. Accounts created before the click are not attributed. Purchases from your own account, or from accounts with the same email, tax ID, or card as yours, earn no commission.
Holding period and refunds
Every commission starts as pending and is released 30 days after the customer’s payment. If there is a refund before the release, the matching commission is canceled, in whole or in part. If the refund happens later, the amount is deducted from your next balance.
Payment
We pay once a month, by the 15th, after the commission is released. The minimum is R$ 50; below that, the balance waits for the next month. Add a PayPal or Wise email on your creator dashboard before the first payment. Creators in Brazil add a Pix key in the name on their tax details. A Brazilian company (MEI or CNPJ) issues an invoice. A Brazilian individual is paid through an RPA, with the required withholdings taken from the amount.
Advertising disclosure
Every piece of content about Tripplo made inside the program is advertising, even when payment is commission only. Use the network’s “Paid partnership” label or #publi, visible at the very start of the post or in the first seconds of the video. In videos, also say out loud that it is advertising. Suggested text: “#publi · Paid partnership with Tripplo. I receive a commission if you subscribe through my link.”
What is not allowed
Spam and mass messages; paid ads with the Tripplo brand or variations; profiles or domains that look official to Tripplo; fake reviews and testimonials; posting the link on coupon or cashback sites; promising features or results Tripplo does not have; referring yourself or using fake accounts; publishing without labeling the content as advertising.
Personal information
You do not receive personal data from the referred accounts, only aggregate numbers and the statement by plan and date. Tripplo uses your data to review the application, run the program, make payments, and meet tax obligations. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, write to contact@tripplo.app.
Changes and ending
Changes to these rules apply only to new referrals and are announced by email 30 days in advance. You can leave the program whenever you want; commissions already released are paid in the next cycle. If these rules are broken, Tripplo can suspend the link immediately and cancel the commissions tied to the breach.
